LUMEnergi is currently hiring for the position of Director of Sales and Marketing in Newark, California. Develop and manage major OEM or ESCO accounts in US, Europe & Asia. Initiate and develop OEM agreements. Create account plans. Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities. Works on Commercial and Government accounts. Develop strategy to set company on GSA contract schedule. Initiate, develop and manage joint program with utilities to accelerate adoption of the company’s solution. Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy including working with PR partner, organizing booths for trade fair and developing positioning and messaging, writing press releases. Create contract templates for all sales aspects including regional sales manager agreements, confidentiality agreement and indemnification agreements. Establish and manage company sales forecast. Evaluate, negotiate and setup CRM tool for broad company use. Develop LEED certification and tax rebates plans based on the implementation of the company’s solution. Define Market product requirements for Hardware and software next generation products. Develop business plan and strategy, including P&L, margin analysis and pricing, to exceed multi-million dollar sales goals and five times increase in sales. Utilizes graduate-level research and analysis skills. Manage four regional sales managers covering the whole US channel market so that they exceed their goals.
