Existing Fixtures, New Savings, Quick Payback.

Objective

The E. O. Thompson building was retrofitted with a Lumenergi system as part of the Texas Facilities Commission’s initiative to increase energy efficiency and cost savings while reducing the greenhouse gas emissions of public sector buildings and facilities.

Results

Running on the Lumenergi default settings for office buildings, the usage in post commissioning saved 8805kWh/mo, delivering tremendous savings and quick payback.
